Depending on how you set your account up during registration, you may be notified one of several ways that you have material ready for pickup:
- Phone: By default, library patrons are set to receive phone notifications when material is ready for pickup. If an answering machine is reached, the hold pickup information is left on the machine; however, no details as to what is available are given. If neither a person nor an answering machine are reached, a paper notice will be mailed.*
- Text: You may receive notification you have material ready for pickup via text mesages. To sign up for this service, follow these instructions.
- Email: If you have an e-mail address on file, you may receive notices electronically of requests available for pickup. Email notifications have the added benefit of notification two days prior to the due date of an item. Click here to set your account to email notification via the internet.
